These AR-15 80 Lower 5 Pack are machined to mil-spec tolerance levels, making them ideal for the do-it-yourself gunsmith. Both of our AR-15 80 percent lowers have a completely broached Mag well for a better match every time.

Any DIY gunsmith would love our AR-15 80 Lower 5 Pack. Each lower receiver is mil-spec, constructed of 7075 T6 aircraft-grade aluminium, and designed to endure the most rigorous testing in the field or on the range. Our Anodized and Raw billets come with an incorporated trigger guard (forged lowers don’t), a broached magwell and device reliability to one thousandth of an inch (+/- 0.001).

Our raw AR-15 80 Lower 5 Pack can be hard coated or dipped to give your lower a unique look. We have variations for 1, 3, 5, and 10 pack 80 lower combos. We’ve also provided combo choices so you can have all you need to finish up to ten 80% lower receivers in one go. All you’ll need to finish your 80 lowers, like wall plates, four top plates, and hardware, is included in our simple jig. What you’ll need is a drill press to get started. AMT sells an 80 lower jig tool pack, or you can make your own!

The 80 percent AR-15 Lower Receiver Jig and High-End Tooling Kit needed for finishing are not included with this package of 80 percent AR-15 Anodized Billet Lower Receivers.

This kit of 80 percent AR-15 Anodized Billet Lower Receiver is not a firearm and does not include an FFL.

Below are the operations that must be performed on the 80 percent lower receiver:

• protection selector hole
• hammer pin
• protection selector hole for hammer pin

This is not an FFL product or a fully assembled AR-15 lower receiver; it also has to be machined.

80% AR 15 Lower Receiver Jig Set

The AR15 80 percent lower receiver jig package includes detailed guidance to assist you in completing your AR 15 lower receiver project.

• right and left side plates, 3 top plates, and bolts are included in the kit.
• In the event that an error is made during the manufacturing of your 80 percent AR Lower, any piece may be replaced on the jig.
• To mill the fire control group, there are three top plates that can be swapped out.
• Drill bushings are installed on the side plates to enable for careful drilling of the trigger and hammer pin.
• With this 80% jig kit, you’ll get a full set of Top plates and Side plates.
